Squid salad with egg recipe:

Ingredients:

300 g squid, peeled
3 eggs, hard-boiled and diced
1 large cucumber, diced
1 red onion, finely chopped
1/4 cup fresh dill, finely chopped
Juice of half a lemon
2 tablespoons olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

Cooking squid:

Clean the squid from guts and films. Rinse them under cold water.
To cook the squid, put a saucepan with salted water on the fire. When the water boils, add the squid back and cook them for 2-3 minutes before they become elastic.
Remove the squid and cool them. Then cut them into rings or slices according to your taste.

Cooking eggs:

Boil hard-boiled eggs. Cool them in cold water, peel and cut into cubes.

Salad assembly:

In a large bowl, combine the chopped squid, eggs, cucumber, red onion and dill.
In a separate bowl, prepare the dressing by mixing lemon juice, olive oil, salt and pepper. Stir to combine the ingredients well.
Pour the prepared dressing over the salad and gently mix all the ingredients to evenly soak the salad with sauce.

Supply:

Serve squid salad with egg as a cold snack or a refreshing summer lunch.
Garnish with fresh dill before serving.
